Joseph Baena, the son of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Mildred Patricia Baena, has been following in his father’s footsteps as a bodybuilder and fitness model. The 26-year-old recently shared a video on his Instagram account, where he showed off his muscular physique and striking resemblance to the Terminator star. 1
In the video, Baena posed in front of a mirror, flexing his arms, chest, back, and legs. He wore a black tank top and shorts and had a confident smile on his face. He captioned the post, “Happy Friday everyone! Have a great weekend.”
The video received over 100,000 views and thousands of comments from his fans and followers, who praised his impressive physique and genetics. Some of the comments were:

Baena said that his father gave him the book The Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding, which Schwarzenegger co-authored, to help him train. 3 He also said that he and his father often work out together and share tips and advice. 3
Baena is one of Schwarzenegger’s five children, along with Katherine, Christina, Patrick, and Christopher, whom he shares with his ex-wife Maria Shriver. [4] Schwarzenegger publicly admitted that he had fathered Baena with his former housekeeper in 2011 after his California governor term ended. [5]
